Eric will review the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which goes into effect in 2026 and the actions US headquartered multinational organizations operating in the EU must take now to ensure compliance and avoid potential legal penalties, reputational damage, and operational disruptions.

Eric Larré is a Partner in Mercer’s Atlanta office, specializing in executive compensation. He has over 25 years of consulting and industry experience, and has worked closely with management and Boards of publicly-traded and private companies across the country, specializing in the design and delivery of compensation programs that are linked to performance, the creation of shareholder value, and business/talent strategies.
Sylvia Henderson is a Principal Consultant with the Career Product Florida Market for Mercer, responsible for providing Mercer clients with Compensation, Mobility and Employee Engagement solutions. She is also responsible for Mercer’s Career Line of Business in Florida. She brings 30 plus years’ experience in corporate compensation, rewards, learning and organizational development, designing and delivering solutions to accelerate business success.
