    • Brian is the Career Product Southeast Market Leader for Mercer, responsible for providing Mercer clients with Compensation, Mobility and Employee Engagement solutions. Brian is often a key stakeholder in client compensation discussions as he provides Mercer’s Global Compensation Consultants with access to Mercer compensation survey data across all industries in 150 countries. This data is the foundation of every job architecture project, salary structure design and market benchmarking engagements.


    • Brian is also a frequent speaker, having delivered hundreds of presentations addressing compensation best practices, the career trends of Generation Z & Millennials, and the Future of Our Global Workforce. He can often be seen speaking at SHRM, World@Work affiliate events, Mercer-led webinars and roundtables, as well as universities.

    Past Experience:

    Brian has 15+ years of experience providing global organizations with technology solutions and market research and has spent the last ten years of his career in Human Capital Consulting. Prior to joining Mercer, Brian built Employee Value Propositions for employers and was a Subject Matter Expert in the Employer Branding space.

    Education:

    Brian has a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University

K9s For Warriors is dedicated to providing service canines to warriors suffering from post-traumatic stress and/or traumatic brain injury as a result of military service post 9/11. Their goal is to give a new leash on life to rescue dogs and military heroes, empowering warriors to return to civilian life with dignity and independence.
