This presentation will review how we define Corporate Well-Being and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) based on different organizations and why these are important within an organization. We’ll discuss and better understand the correlation between the two programs, and specifically how CSR can improve employee well-being. We’ll review how CSR connects to benefits within the organization and how you can promote and leverage it as a recruiting tool. At the end, we’ll wrap up with examples of implementation on various levels and provide additional resources to support any CSR efforts.
