The focus on performance improvement has won him and his teams numerous awards as a manager/owner/operator, and helped him tremendously in his pursuit of operational excellence in for profit and not for profit companies, and financial institutions for over a decade. 

Philippe served as part of a successful Executive Team at a billion-dollar financial institution in the role of Vice President of Human Resources, helping their team improve performance in all areas. Philippe considers lifelong learning to be a foundational proponent of continuous performance improvement and has two Master of Science degrees as a result.
