We will explore the disconnect between leave of absence programs and the possible integration between leave, Disability, and Workers’ Compensation. We will also look at the introduction of Paid Sick Leaves as well as Paid Family Medical Leave being adopted by several states. We will educate more on The State of Washington and the State of Massachusetts for Paid FMLA and State Disability. Workers’ Compensation, ADA, and Return to Work will also be part of the presentation as well as gaps that are found between those programs and Long Term Disability.
