Duncan Sibson is healthcare executive with 15+ years of experience leading and growing innovative healthcare firms on behalf of companies generating up to $10 billion in annual revenue. As Cofounder and COO of Icon Health, a leading comprehensive musculoskeletal navigation, decision support, and network optimization company, Duncan is responsible for setting the strategy and the day-to-day operations.  

Prior to Icon Health, Duncan led the Orthopedics division at Remedy Partners as it grew from $250M to $8B in value based payments.  Duncan has also held leadership positions in Product Development and Marketing at Stryker and Globus Medical.

Duncan holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.  He is an inventor on 9 issued patents and published patent applications.
