Using AI to Reconcile the Multifaceted Nature of Compensation
Description: Salary and compensation benchmarks have been around for a while. Compensation for contingent labor has always been harder, and it is growing as a proportion of the workforce year over year. The biggest companies are using about 50% contingent labor now. Contingent labor is less about the title and more about the specific skills that are required for the task(s) at hand. We will discuss how we use AI to provide granular market rates at a skill level to provide insight.
