Happy birthday to the Millennials!  As the eldest of this transformational generation begins to turn 40, it’s time to turn our attention to the children they are raising– the group known as Generation Alpha!  While Gen Alpha’s birth year began just about twelve years ago, they are already exhibiting unique characteristics that employers should begin taking note of now.  Join us at this exciting generational presentation and begin formulating strategic initiatives to ensure your workplace will soon be Alpha Ready!

Objectives:

1. Study the unique characteristics of Gen Alpha, the “most educated generation” and first group to be raised in a 100% digital world. 
2. Examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual schooling, social unrest and technology changes on these future job seekers, understanding early what motivates them
3. Emulate Generation Alpha’s passion for inclusion, social awareness and mental health advocacy in the workplace.
