She is recognized for her work in the field and her pro bono service, and she regularly presents on topics related to retirement plans, fiduciary issues, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Carrasco holds degrees from the University of Florida, Stetson University College of Law, and Georgetown University Law Center, and is admitted to the Florida Bar.
