According to the 23^rd annual Best Practices in Health Care Employer Survey by Willis Towers Watson, on average, employers expect health care cost increases of 5.0% in 2019 compared with 4.7% in 2018. When seeking to manage rising health care costs, employers reported that their top priorities over the next three years are to zero in on clinical conditions and rethink employee wellbeing initiatives to ensure they are yielding meaningful results.
