“I’m fine. I’m just a little stressed.” How many times have you heard those words in your workplace? Because those words are so simple, vague, and relatable, they are often easily dismissed. But those words undoubtedly stand in the place of a wide range problems and emotions an employee may be dealing with. The presentation will examine the effects of stress in the workplace on employee health and productivity. The presentation will focus on financial stress and the true cost to employers when employees are burdened by financial concerns. The presentation will also propose solutions to improve employees’ financial wellness in measurable ways, creating positive impacts for employees and their employers.
