NFCBA members have expressed an interest in having more opportunities to brainstorm with local compensation and benefits professionals to gain insight as to what challenges/issues other companies are facing and what companies are doing to address and resolve these issues.

Come join us for an exciting and engaging roundtable discussion on the topic of pay equity. Participants will have an opportunity to hear what challenges other companies are facing with regards to this topic and what approaches are being taken to combat and resolve pay inequities.
 
Lindsay Swiger, Of Counsel in the Jacksonville office of Jackson Lewis P.C., will participate in the roundtable discussions and help provide counsel and advise as to what companies should be thinking about and considering as they work to identify and resolve these issues.
