About the Speaker:

LORENNA SIEGRIST

Regional Compliance Leader, Southeast Region, Employee Benefits

Lorenna started with Hylant in the Orlando office as a consultant to Account Management that quickly turned to a Compliance Role when the Affordable Care Act was passed. Her prior experience of15+ years in account management aided in the transition to provide clients with the assistance necessary  compliance requirements. She has now spent 32+years in the industry and is a native Floridian where she continues to live with her family.

Prior to joining Hylant, Lorenna served as a Senior Account Manager for UnitedHealthcare where she managed employee benefits for large group clients. From 1997 to 2000, she successfully made the transition to represent employers as an Assistant Vice President for Benefits at MARSH USA, managing a portfolio totaling nearly $40 million in annual premiums. Lorenna began her career at Cigna Healthcare where she acquired a strong foundation in large and jumbo group client service.

Lorenna serves as a compliance leader and subject matter expert for the Southeast Region(Florida & Atlanta). She primarily provides answers to complex compliance requirements and the ever-changing healthcare regulations keeping  abreast of the latest information. She does this by employing a variety of tactics, from creating and delivering communication materials, one on one interactions with the clients, and facilitating compliance related seminars. Lorenna also works to ensure Hylant’s success by providing the Southeast Region team with the knowledge and tools needed to exceed our clients’ expectations.
